Our Founder
Tiffany Baumann Nelson is a nonprofit strategist, ministry leader, and trusted advisor to mission-driven organizations seeking to strengthen governance, expand fundraising capacity, and scale their impact. As the founder of Kingdom Impact Consulting, she works with nonprofit boards, executive teams, and ministry leaders to develop clear strategy, strengthen leadership structures, and steward resources in ways that advance both mission and long-term sustainability.
With extensive experience in nonprofit governance, executive leadership, and philanthropic strategy, Tiffany brings a unique perspective shaped by years of work alongside large mission-driven organizations. She has advised and collaborated with executive teams and governing boards responsible for multi-million-dollar budgets, helping organizations refine fundraising strategy, strengthen board effectiveness, and align leadership around mission-driven growth. Her work has supported organizations serving veterans, advancing breast cancer research, and leading faith-based initiatives at the community, state, and national levels.
Tiffany’s expertise sits at the intersection of ministry, nonprofit leadership, and strategic governance. Having served as a founder, president, and executive director, she understands the operational, financial, and leadership challenges organizations face as they grow. Her consulting approach combines practical nonprofit leadership experience with disciplined strategy, helping organizations move from vision to measurable impact.
Her own journey reflects the resilience and faith that shape her work. Raised by a single mother, Tiffany attended 20 public schools before graduating with honors and becoming the first in her family to earn a college degree. She self-funded her education, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing, followed by a Master’s degree in Christian Ministry from Liberty University. This combination of business strategy and theological formation informs her commitment to helping organizations pursue excellence while remaining grounded in their calling to serve.
A Stage III breast cancer survivor of more than a decade, Tiffany’s story of perseverance has inspired audiences across the country. A former Miss Ohio, accomplished musician, speaker, and mother of six, she continues to invest her leadership in strengthening ministries, nonprofits, and leaders who are working to create lasting Kingdom impact.
